Project Helena
This fun solo mom and
delightful kiddo had a very tight and dated bathroom.
The big guest room next door offered an opportunity - by stealing a bit of space and sinking the vanity into the resulting nook, we opened up the space to make it infinitely more usable. Super fun floor tile, candy-coloured vanity, and an arched niche create an anything-but-serious vibe that perfectly suits this family.
The final touch, a wall-
paper with delicate linework depicting deep-sea fishes, was resoundingly approved with the homeowner statement, "I've always wanted to be a marine biologist when I grow up!". And with that, Hintonburg's most whimsical bathroom was born.
